How to use your Yoga Mat Spray
First shake well....
Use before your yoga practice to refresh your mat and purify the space around you and use after your practice to cleanse and restore your mat before rollong it away.
Shake well and spray 3-4 times over your mat, allow the spritz to settle and breathing deeply, take in the scent.
Wipe down the mat with a clean microfibre cloth and allow a few minutes for your mat to air dry.
This will ensure a safe and slip free practice when using before your class and prevent your mat being a damp host for germs when rolling up and packing it away.

INGREDIENTS -
Lemongrass (cymbopogon flexuosus) - citrus, herbaceous and cleansing. With strong antiviral properties, Lemongrass is a powerful cleanser of bacteria in your physical space, as well as supporting you in clearing holding in your energy. This zesty oil encourages you to flow freely by letting go of what you no longer need, so you are able to see all aspects of your life with greater clarity.
Tea tree (melaleuca alternifolia) - herbaceous, cleansing and disinfecting . Disinfectant by nature, Tea Tree oil helps in purifying and releasing toxins around you, as well as helping to clear negative energetic holding. This clearing oil encourages a healthy and respectful connection to yourself and others and helps provides a sense of resilience and empowerment.
True Lavender (lavandula angustifolia) - floral, light and calming . Widely known for it’s soothing and peaceful qualities and helps calm a tense and overwhelmed mind. This oil helps you let go of what may be holding you back by encouraging emotional honesty and to openly and confidently communicate your innermost thoughts and desires.
